Brightstar keeps billing simple and easy to understand. 

Most of our work is billed at an hourly rate, meaning that we charge for the time required to provide advice or complete a project. 

For certain projects, we work with our clients to come up with a fixed flat fee. 

For ongoing compliance management, we charge a flat monthly rate based on the scope of services needed.

We are also open to alternative billing arrangements, depending on the circumstances. 

Brightstar generally does not require an upfront retainer prior to engagement. We only ask that clients sign an engagement letter to establish the attorney-client relationship. 

We bill monthly in arrears for work performed during the month.
